When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 2 PM GMT on the same working day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Raspberry Pi gear and electronics worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
What is your return policy for faulty items?
We offer a 90-day warranty on all electronic components. If your board or accessory is defective, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue for a replacement or refund.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we process orders rapidly, we can only make changes if the order has not yet reached the picking stage. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address or add items.
Are your Raspberry Pi boards authentic?
Absolutely. The Pi Hut is an Approved Raspberry Pi Reseller. We source all our boards and official accessories directly from Raspberry Pi Ltd to ensure genuine quality and performance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For schools and businesses, we also offer the option to pay via Purchase Order upon approval.
